International Shipping Problem Notification

We are currently experiencing a problem with the USPS First Class Mail International shipping option, which is a less expensive option available for international orders weighing less than 4 lbs. This option is not showing up in the shopping cart for our international orders. We have tried to correct the problem without success. We shall soon be in the process of installing a new shopping cart on the website to correct this problem, as well as for the purpose of simplifying the checkout process for all of our customers. If you are an international customer wanting to place a small, lightweight order using the USPS First Class Mail International shipping option, you will need to place your order through the website with the USPS Priority Mail option and then email eric@verybaby.com with a request to change the shipping option on the order to the USPS First Class Mail International option. We will then send out the order and refund the shipping and handling difference for the change in shipping options. If the order placed is too heavy to qualify for the less expensive option, no change will be made to the option selected during checkout, and no S&H refund will be sent.
