Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and your experience shopping with us.

Reasons for Return

If you received the wrong product, please return the item along with your order receipt within 14 days of the shipping date on your order. We will gladly issue a refund or ship the correct item upon receipt of the return.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please return the item along with your order receipt within 14 days of the shipping date on your order. If we can verify the item is indeed faulty or damaged, we will replace the item.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return your order (unwashed, uncut fabrics only) along with your receipt within 14 days of the shipping date on your order. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless you would like to exchange your item for something else.

Whole Yard Returns Only

Refunds will be issued on unwashed, unused, whole yard increments only. For example, if you are returning 3.25 yards of fabric, we will only be able to refund you the purchase price for 3 yards.

Snap Returns

We only accept returns on unopened bags of plastic snaps. Returned snaps are weighed and counted upon return to verify none have been used.

Keep that Receipt

Returns sent without the order receipt are void.

Final Sales

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sewing patterns.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale, clearance, or remnant merchandise.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on fabric that has been washed, cut into, or otherwise used. We are not responsible for loss of inches due to fabric shrinkage. Please take into consideration shrinkage when ordering cotton, cotton blends, hemp, or wool fabrics and order accordingly.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on partially used plastic snaps.

Return Shipping Charges

Unless the fault is ours, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Items

If there is anything missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days from the shipping date of your order. If your order includes plastic snaps, please count your snaps when you receive them. If you were shorted, we can add extra snaps when you re-order or refund you the equivalent value of the missing snaps. We cannot be responsible for missing items beyond 14 days from ship date.

Pre-Orders and Co-op Participants

Pre-orders and co-op orders cannot be canceled or refunded once money is collected. Refunds will be issued if we fail to meet the minimum requirement of the product we are trying to order as a group.
