Fabric that has been washed, cut into, or otherwise used.
Kindly note: we cannot responsible for fabric shrinkages. Please take shrinkage into consideration when ordering cotton, cotton blends, hemp or wool fabrics—and order accordingly.
- Sewing patterns
- Sale, clearance, or remnant merchandise
- Partially used bags of snaps
If you received the wrong product, faulty or damaged item
Contact us via this form, within 14 days of the shipping date of your order. We'll gladly issue a refund or promptly ship the correct item.
We only accept returns on unopened bags of plastic snaps. To assure we are restocking full packages, all returned snaps are weighed and counted to verify none have been used.
Keep that Receipt
Returns sent without the order receipt cannot be processed and are void. Sorry!
Return Shipping Charges
When the fault is ours, we cover the return and exchange shipping costs. In all other cases, the return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
